How I Got Here

My customer service journey…


I’ve had several careers – all in hospitality, sales, or consulting. I’ve always been a customer service nut. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how to provide great customer, or guest, service to others. 

Then I started thinking…what about myself? In customer service-oriented professions we tend towards being selfless, giving our all to help others. But we neglect ourselves. So, I started thinking what if people applied basic customer service fundamentals to their own lives. In designing the spaces in our homes, in how we treat ourselves, in the quality of things we buy.
